At Cypress Creek Christian Church in Spring, Texas, Adventure Playground Systems helped transform the outdoor area into a colorful, engaging play destination designed to serve children ages 2–12. At the center of the space is the Ditch Plains Play System, featuring a bright primary color palette and a variety of climbing, sliding, and interactive activities. Designed to accommodate approximately 36–42 children, the structure creates opportunities for active play while providing different ways for children to navigate and explore the equipment. The play experience extends beyond the main structure with freestanding musical and sensory elements. A metallophone and bongo drums encourage children to experiment with sound and rhythm, while two butterfly play features add another interactive element to the space.

Comfort and usability were also important parts of the design. A 20′ x 20′ Cantilever Umbrella Shade Structure provides approximately 400 square feet of coverage, creating a shaded area where children and caregivers can get relief from the heat. Blue bench seating provides an additional place for parents, teachers, and caregivers to comfortably supervise and enjoy the space. The entire playground is brought together with synthetic grass safety surfacing, including a foam pad system designed for appropriate fall protection. The turf provides the space with a clean, vibrant appearance while creating a more comfortable and functional play surface.
